Happy Fourth of July, everyone! No Fourth of July is complete unless you’re grilling out, on a local lake, or watching the fireworks. If you’re hosting for your friends and family, you’re busy getting your custom home in tip top shape for your guests.
Fourth of July in southeastern Wisconsin means small town parades and celebrations, fireworks, lake time, great food and drinks too of course!
Enjoy our guide to make the most of your Fourth of July week!
Home Decor and prepping for your Guests:
- Red & Navy striped pillows are a nice subtle way to add some red, white & blue to any room! Change out the linens and towels to a patriotic theme in the guests rooms.
- Create flower pots, which doubles as a great project for the whole family! Add some red, white, and blue flowers and put them on the front porch or use as a table centerpiece for the perfect pop of patriotism.
- String up lights on the patio, deck and backyard. They’re not only perfect for the 4th of July, but they would be a beautiful addition to a back patio all year long!
- Have flag themed or red, white and blue table settings for your cookouts. Napkins, table runners, placemats and more will make it more festive!
- Stock up on your favorite beverages, snacks and easy grill items to make it an easy stress free holiday.
- Don’t forget to add the American Flag to the indoors and outdoors alike.
