Colby Construction completed the final touches on a beautiful vacation home we call Modern Belle. The name selected for the home truly reflects the grace and style of this gem. The simple, clean lines of this home make you feel instantly relaxed. It’s no surprise that this will be a respite for the owners to escape to and enjoy family and friends in a space that truly allows for entertaining, gathering and relaxation.

Trend Setting

The home boasts many of the top trends in design throughout, starting with the black-framed windows. The black-framed window has emerged as a favorite in new home trends and design. The look is elegant and edgy at the same time. Adding a bold definition to the architecture of the home, they really make the windows pop. The use of the black framing creates a contemporary, intentional and sophisticated look to the house. It’s a very modern, unexpected twist. When you approach Modern Belle from the driveway, the classic white home with this contrast of black instantly draws you in.

Bringing the Outside In
